Please read these terms carefully before using the 5rr5 platform. Everything from account registration to bonuses, payments, and responsible gaming is clearly set out here.
Section 1 — Introduction & Applicability
These terms form a legally binding agreement between 5rr5 and its users.
1.1 Scope of Terms
These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to the 5rr5 platform ("Platform") and all services provided through it. The Platform includes the website, mobile browser interface, and any related services. By accessing or using the 5rr5 platform, you are considered to have fully agreed to these Terms.

1.2 Changes to Terms
5rr5 reserves the right to amend, modify, or update these Terms at any time. The version published on the Platform after any change will be the effective version. It is users' responsibility to check this page regularly and stay informed about updated Terms.
Section 2 — Eligibility & Accounts
Users must meet specific eligibility requirements to use 5rr5.
2.1 Age & Eligibility
To use the 5rr5 platform, you must meet the following requirements:
- You must be at least 21 years old ("for users aged 21 and above only").
- You are acting on your own behalf and not managing an account for someone else.
- You are using this platform voluntarily and knowingly.
- You agree to comply with all applicable laws.
For age verification purposes, 5rr5 may request an ID or other proof at any time. Providing false information may result in account termination and balance forfeiture.
2.2 Account Registration
Each user may open only one account. If a single person holds multiple accounts, all of them will be closed and any bonuses or winnings in those accounts may be forfeited.
All information provided at registration must be truthful, accurate, and complete. If any details change, the platform's support team must be notified as soon as possible.
2.3 Account Security
It is your responsibility to keep your account login credentials (username and password) confidential. You must not allow any third party to use your account.
If unauthorized access to your account occurs or is suspected, notify our support team immediately. In such situations, 5rr5 may temporarily suspend the account.
Section 3 — Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments

3.1 Accepted Payment Methods
5rr5 currently supports the following payment methods:

- Nagad — Digital financial service
- Rocket — Dutch-Bangla Bank mobile service
- Upay — United Commercial Bank digital wallet
- Bank Transfer — Major Bangladeshi banks including Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, and Islami Bank
Payment methods other than those listed above are not accepted. Any changes to available payment methods will be announced on the platform.
3.2 Deposit & Withdrawal Limits

Note: While withdrawals aim to be completed within 5–30 minutes, technical issues or banking delays may occasionally cause longer processing times.
3.3 Transaction Verification
5rr5 may request identity verification or additional information for any transaction. This is part of financial security and fraud prevention. Withdrawals may be delayed until verification is complete.
Using a third-party payment account for transactions is strictly prohibited. All transactions must come from the account holder's own payment source.
Section 4 — Bonuses & Promotions

4.1 Welcome Bonus
New users will receive a 100% match bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳20,000.
For example:
- Deposit ৳1,000 → Bonus ৳1,000 → Total balance ৳2,000
- Deposit ৳42,000 → Bonus ৳20,000 → Total balance ৳62,000 (limit applies)
4.2 Wagering Requirements
Before withdrawing the welcome bonus, you must wager 10 times the bonus amount. Wagering is calculated based on the bonus amount only, not the combined total of deposit and bonus.
Example: ৳1,000 bonus × 10 = after wagering a total of ৳10,000, bonus winnings can be withdrawn.
If the wagering requirement is not met, winnings from the bonus cannot be withdrawn. Attempting a withdrawal while a bonus is active may result in the bonus being cancelled.
4.3 General Bonus Terms
- Bonuses may only be used on games supported by the platform.
- The welcome bonus applies only once per account.
- If multiple accounts from the same household or address claim a bonus, those accounts will be investigated.
- 5rr5 reserves the right to withdraw or modify any bonus for any reason.
- Bonuses cannot be transferred to another user.

5.1 VIP Tiers & Benefits
5rr5 has three VIP tiers. Each tier comes with a weekly cashback benefit:
- Bronze: Up to 0.5% weekly cashback
- Silver: Up to 1.0% weekly cashback
- Gold: Up to 1.5% weekly cashback
To advance to a higher tier, you must play regularly and actively on the platform. Contact our support team to learn more about the additional benefits at each tier.
5.2 Cashback Terms
Cashback is calculated based on each week's activity and credited to the account at a set time. Cashback is treated as real money with no separate wagering requirement, though 5rr5 reserves the right to change this policy at any time.
Cashback will not be earned for any period during which an account is closed or suspended.
Section 6 — Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited in the interest of platform security and fair operation.
6.1 Fraud & Misconduct
Any of the following activities are strictly prohibited:
- Operating multiple accounts or using an account under another person's identity.
- Dishonestly exploiting the bonus system (bonus hunting or bonus chopping).
- Money laundering or any other illegal financial activity.
- Deliberately exploiting any bug or vulnerability in the platform's software.
- Harassing, deceiving, or mistreating other users.
- Using automated software (bots, scripts) to play games.
- Conducting transactions using a third party's funds or payment account.
If any such activity is detected, 5rr5 may immediately close the account and forfeit all balances and bonuses. Legal action may also be taken if necessary.
Section 7 — Gaming Services & Technology
Terms relating to the platform's gaming services and technical matters.
7.1 Game Providers & Fair Play
The 5rr5 platform offers games from multiple world-class providers including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, JILI, PG Soft, Spribe, Ezugi, Netent, and Microgaming. Each game is powered by its own technology and random number generator (RNG).
Game outcomes are entirely random and not predetermined. To ensure fair play, the 5rr5 platform uses SSL encryption and secure connections.
7.2 Service Interruptions or Technical Issues
The service may be temporarily unavailable due to server maintenance, internet issues, or other technical reasons. 5rr5 is not liable for any losses caused by such interruptions.
If a connection is lost during a game, the system will automatically attempt to restore the game from your last saved position. In disputed situations, system logs will be considered the definitive record.
7.3 Special Terms for Sports Betting
When placing bets on sports including cricket and football, please keep the following in mind:
- Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled.
- If a match is cancelled or incomplete, the bet will be refunded or settled in accordance with platform policy.
- If odds change due to a technical issue, 5rr5's decision will be considered final.
- Bets found to be related to misconduct or match-fixing will be voided.
Section 8 — Responsible Gaming
5rr5 is committed to maintaining a safe and healthy gaming environment.
8.1 Self-Limits

8.3 Protection of Minors
5rr5 maintains strict security measures to ensure no one under the age of 21 can use the platform. If you believe a minor is using your device, log out of your account immediately and secure the device.
Section 9 — Account Closure & Limitation of Liability

9.1 Account Closure by the User
You may request to close your account at any time. You should withdraw your balance before closing the account. To request a balance withdrawal after account closure, contact the support team.
9.2 Account Closure by 5rr5
5rr5 may suspend or permanently close an account under the following circumstances:
- Serious violation of the terms and conditions.
- Evidence of fraud or misconduct.
- Providing a false identity or information.
- Suspicion of money laundering or other illegal activities.
- Prolonged account inactivity.
9.3 Limitation of Liability
5rr5 is not liable for any losses caused by unintentional technical errors on the platform, external attacks, internet connectivity issues, or other uncontrollable circumstances. By using the platform, you acknowledge and accept these risks.
Financial loss in gaming is a natural possibility. 5rr5 never guarantees specific winnings, and all games depend on chance.

11.1 Severability of Terms
If any part of these terms and conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining parts will remain fully in effect. The invalidation of any one clause will not affect the terms and conditions as a whole.
11.2 Language & Interpretation
These terms and conditions are written in Bengali. In the event of any interpretive dispute, 5rr5's interpretation will be considered final.
11.3 Entire Agreement
These terms and conditions, the Privacy Policy, and the Responsible Gaming Policy together constitute the entire agreement between 5rr5 and the user. No verbal or written promises outside of these documents are binding.
